Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna therapy uses infrared light to warm the body directly, offering numerous health benefits like detoxification, muscle recovery, and pain relief. Unlike traditional saunas, which warm the air around you, the infrared sauna penetrates deeper into the skin, allowing for a more targeted approach to relieving sore muscles, improving circulation, and enhancing skin health. The mPulse Smart Sauna adds an extra dimension by combining far, mid, and near-infrared energy with red light therapy, which promotes skin rejuvenation and overall wellness. At Thrive Aesthetics and Wellness in Watkinsville, GA, this innovative treatment can be enjoyed in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
